Veronica started her career at Venchi in Rome, where she worked as a Sales Assistant and an Assistant Store Manager. Motivated by her desire to learn, she was then promoted to Store Manager and managed the Eataly, Euroma and Termini station shops. In recognition of her passion and ability to manage people, last year she was presented with an exciting new challenge, which she has embraced enthusiastically. She is now the Cluster Manager for the Northwest Area, based in Milan.

Andrea started working in the Cadorna boutique in Milan while attending university. After working his way up as a Sales Assistant in all the city's boutiques and helping to train many team members, he is now the Store Manager of the Via Dante boutique in Milan. Brimming with ambition and dedication, his creativity and constant attention to detail always impress and dazzle his customers. Andrea likes to set himself challenging goals and work hard to achieve them.

Motivated by a desire to learn and challenge himself, after gaining experience in numerous shops in Northwest Italy, in 2018 Michele had the opportunity to move to New York for the opening of the first Venchi Cioccogelateria in the United States, where he became the Store Manager. Thanks to his passion and unwavering commitment, Michele was able to manage and coordinate the opening of several new boutiques, and became the Retail Operations Manager at Venchi US.

Area manager - cluster manager
Your objective will be to lead your teams by overseeing the implementation of company strategies in the shops in your assigned area, jointly achieving challenging goals and ensuring the satisfaction of people and customers. You will set an example with your organisational skills, in compliance with the quality standards that characterise each of our boutiques.
store manager
Your objective will be to manage all the activities in your boutique: you and your team are responsible for the success of the Cioccogelateria! You will set an example with your passion and energy, and you will be in charge of training and team coordination. You will ensure the achievement of shared objectives, in compliance with all operational, administrative, logistical and HR procedures.
