Learn how to get the most out of Venchi's loyalty program.

Registration
The V-CLUB is Venchi's loyalty programme, which allows you to earn Chocoviar points and access exclusive benefits. For every pound you spend in participating shops or on the website, you’ll collect 10 Chocoviar points. Earning points allows you to level up and earn more benefits.
Registering for the V-CLUB is a piece of cake:
In store: scan the QR code in the store to register for the V-CLUB, enter your email address, tick the box at the bottom to accept the Terms and Conditions, and click "JOIN THE V-CLUB". On the next screen, you will find your V-CLUB card as a QR CODE. You will immediately receive an email with your loyalty card details.
Online: If you already have an account on the venchi.com website, go to your personal page, select the "V-CLUB", section and click "Join the V-CLUB". Simply accept the Terms and Conditions to immediately receive an email containing your loyalty card number. If you do not have an online shopping account, go to the home page and click "Register for the V-CLUB". You will receive your loyalty card by email within 60 minutes.
The V-CLUB is the latest version of our loyalty programme! To access all its benefits, you need to register again. The loyalty cards used before 31/05/23 are no longer active. To sign up, follow the instructions within the app, or register again in store or on the website.
If you are already subscribed to the newsletter and want to continue receiving Venchi communications, remember to confirm your consent during registration!
You can find your V-CLUB card number in the post-registration confirmation screen, in the first registration confirmation email, and at the top of all subsequent newsletters. You can also view it in the V-CLUB section of your personal area of the venchi.com website. You can save it to your phone wallet via the relevant button on the post-registration confirmation screen and in the first email received. If you prefer, you can also print out your digital loyalty card and take it with you. NB Your card number is also printed on all receipts when you present it at the till. In store, you can ask our staff to perform a search via email.
If you have already completed your V-CLUB registration in store, and you wish to use your card to make online purchases, you will need to create an online shopping account using the same email address you used during registration. This will allow your V-CLUB card to be automatically associated with your new account. If you already have an online shopping account with a different email address, you must still create a new account with the email address used during registration.
Benefits
The benefits of the V-CLUB programme are divided into levels. Each level is determined according to the Chocoviar points earned in the 12 months prior to the current date. Discover the benefits associated with your level below.
- GREEN level (0 to 199 points): exclusive benefits via email or SMS
- PINK level (200 to 1499 points): exclusive benefits via email or SMS, permanent 5% discount on all purchases when you present your card or log in, birthday surprise
- RED level (1500 to 4999 points): exclusive benefits via email or SMS, permanent 10% discount on all purchases when you present your card or log in, birthday surprise
- GOLD level (5000 points and up): exclusive benefits via email or SMS, permanent 15% discount on all purchases when you present your card or log in, birthday surprise
Your V-CLUB benefits depend on your membership level. Each level offers exclusive benefits, such as permanent discounts, special offers, and birthday surprises. To take advantage of your benefits, you must present your loyalty card at the time of purchase, either online or in participating stores.
As soon as you have reached the necessary amount of points to access the next level, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of that level.
The permanent discount is valid for all purchases made during your time in the membership tier of the loyalty program. If you go back to the previous tier or progress to the next tier, the discount will automatically be updated.
The permanent discount can be used to purchase any Venchi product except gift cards. Additionally, the discount does not apply to shipping costs. If you wish to benefit from another promotion at the same time or purchase products that are already discounted, the permanent discount will not be combined with the ongoing promotion, except where specifically stated in the Terms and Conditions of the offer.
Promotions are periodically communicated to the contact details provided at the time of registration (SMS or email). Inside the communications, there is a discount code that allows you to activate the promotion: follow the instructions carefully!
The permanent discount, however, is applied automatically every time your V-CLUB card is associated with a purchase (at the till or at checkout), starting from V-PINK.
Yes, unless expressly stated otherwise, you can use your benefits at all participating Venchi stores in Europe and in European countries with guaranteed shipping coverage for online purchases. Please remember that you cannot access your benefits for purchases in USA participating stores or US website. However, you can still collect points for your purchases.
Points Collection
To earn Chocoviar points, you must present your loyalty card at the time of purchase in participating stores, or log in with the email address you used to register on the venchi.com website. For every euro (or pound) spent, you will receive one Chocoviar point. Points are updated at the time of an in-store purchase, and within 48 hours of an online purchase.
Checking your points balance is easy! You can see it:
- By going to the "Loyalty programme" section of your account on the website
- On the "Balance Check" page, by entering your email and your V-CLUB card number
- On the receipt of any purchase made in store and associated with your V-CLUB card
- In the header of any email you receive from Venchi
- In the banner on the home page, after you log in
Every day, your points balance is updated with the Chocoviar points earned with purchases made in the 12 months prior to the current date. To stay in the same V-CLUB level, you can continue to earn points.
Chocoviar points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once 12 months have passed from that purchase, your points balance will be updated to include only the points earned with purchases made in the last 12 months. Points from purchases made before this period will no longer be valid.
In store: present your loyalty card by showing the email with the QR code or the loyalty card saved in your wallet.
Online: log in via the "LOG IN" section of the website and make sure you have completed the loyalty programme registration process.
To earn points, you need to spend a minimum of £/€1.

Currently, you can earn points with your purchases in all Europe, UK and US participating stores. Remember to show your loyalty card to the staff before you purchase!
No, purchasing a gift card does not allow you to earn Chocoviar points.

No, shipping costs do not count towards your Chocoviar points.
Once your return has been made, the points earned with that purchase will be subtracted from your balance, and your membership level will update accordingly.
Points earned from online purchases are assigned when the invoicing process is complete, within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt of the order confirmation.

If you lose or forget your V-CLUB card, don't worry. You can always retrieve your digital loyalty card via the Venchi website. If you do not have your phone with you, you can ask the staff to look up the email address you used when you registered. If you do not remember, you can ask the sales staff to look up your account using your first and last name.
To unsubscribe from the loyalty programme, you must send a clear request via email to customercare@venchi.com. Please remember to provide your V-CLUB card number or the email address used during registration.
Points cannot be earned if the card was not presented to the cashier before completing the transaction in the store. However, in this exceptional circumstance, you can write to the customer care team, attaching a photo of the receipt and your card number, to add the points to your balance.
The V-CLUB loyalty programme is valid until 31 January 2026, unless extended, which will be communicated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. After this date expires, the advantages of the current programme will no longer be valid, unless otherwise notified.
