Bookcase with assorted Cremino Bars

The famous three-layered Piedmontese chocolate, just over 2.5 centimetres wide and 1.5 centimetres high, has been transformed into a bar. This creamy selection includes two bars for each recipe: Cremino 1878, with two layers of milk Gianduia with PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts enveloping a layer of white chocolate and almond paste; Cremino Caramel Gold, with a layer of dark chocolate and almond paste between two layers of caramel white chocolate; and Cremino Pistachio, with a layer of white chocolate between two layers of milk chocolate, enriched with pistachio paste (25%).
